Ronalyn provides back-office support as a virtual assistant in Manila, Philippines.  Being 12 hours ahead of New Hampshire means that Rona is working overnights, but is always supporting the team with a cheery and upbeat attitude.  Rona excels at keeping our agency management system up-to-date and organized while utilizing a secure virtual private network.  This allows the rest of the team to efficiently answer most questions on the first call as our management system is up to date in real time. Rona interacts with the team daily using video calls, screen sharing, and chat.  

Rona’s previous work experience includes working as a health care account member services advisor, as well as doing international order-taking account services.  These roles helped Rona fine-tune her attention to detail and organizational skills.

Outside of work, Rona enjoys spending time with her family and pets, listening to music, and traveling.
